As a homeowner in Spring Forest Condominiums, residents are responsible for timely payment of the annual assessment. Homeowners may pay in one lump sum in the First Quarter, or in quarterly installments.
The 2026 assessment is $700.00 per the budget adopted at the 12/8/25 board meeting. You may pay the full amount due 1/1/2026 or you may pay in quarterly installments of $175 on 1/1/26, 4/1/26, 7/1/26 and 10/1/26. You may pay through Front Steps Quick Pay or you can write a check to “Spring Forest Homeowners Association, Inc.” and mail it to:

HOA board members are comprised of our neighbors who graciously volunteer to share their time and talent to serve in these important positions. Most board members have full time jobs and family obligations, and may not be available to respond immediately to non emergency issues.
Homeowners are encouraged to run for HOA board positions, serve on committees, and attend HOA regular and budget meetings to learn more about current and future issues and opportunities impacting our community. Board meeting dates, locations and times are posted on a sign board near the entrance of the neighborhood.
Our main expenses include maintenance of the roads (privately owned), internal sidewalks, shared features including concrete benches, drainage and culverts, addressing emergency and safety issues (eg. removing downed trees blocking the roads), and general maintenance of the common areas including the front entrance landscaping, electricity and irrigation.
