As a homeowner in Spring Forest Condominiums, residents are responsible for timely payment of the annual assessment.  Homeowners may pay in one lump sum in the First Quarter, or in quarterly installments.

Checks should be made out to “Spring Forest Homeowners Association, Inc.” and mailed to:

For 2026 the proposed assessment is $700.00. Join us at the annual Budget Meeting to learn more. Notice is hereby given that the board of directors will meet on December 8th at 7:00 PM. The meeting will take place at 4500 NW 27th Ave Suite C2, Gainesville Florida.

HOA board members are comprised of our neighbors who graciously volunteer to share their time and talent to serve in these important positions. Most board members have full time jobs and family obligations, and may not be available to respond immediately to non emergency issues.

Homeowners are encouraged to run for HOA board positions, serve on committees, and attend HOA regular and budget meetings to learn more about current and future issues and opportunities impacting our community. Board meeting dates, locations and times are posted on a sign board near the entrance of the neighborhood.

Our main expenses include maintenance of the roads (privately owned), internal sidewalks, shared features including concrete benches, drainage and culverts, addressing emergency and safety issues (eg. removing downed trees blocking the roads), and general maintenance of the common areas including the front entrance landscaping, electricity and irrigation.
