Residents are welcome to join our closed group Facebook page where the Social Committee will post about seasonal events like our annual Halloween Walk, Holiday Stroll, and Spring Social. Neighbors can also borrow a cup of sugar in a pinch, or gift some gently used clothes your kids have outgrown, all within our little neighborhood. Homeowner Obligations
As an owner in this community, you are subject to the governing documents of the association, including the declaration, bylaws, rules and regulations, and any amendments. Florida law (Fla. Stat. 718.503) requires that you have access to these documents, along with the most recent financial report and any reserve study reports, to help you understand your rights, responsibilities, and the financial health of the association. Please review these materials carefully, as compliance with them is key to maintaining a harmonious community.
